• Application for Allotment of apartment should be made on the prescribed form duly by the applicant
• The purchaser will make the payment as per payment schedule decided on the legal agreement form.
• Payment shall be made by the way of bank Draft, Pay order. Cheque in favour of RELIANCE HOLDINGS Ltd. respective receipts will be issued to the allottee/purchaser.
• The total cost of the property includes: a) cost of apartment, b) utility connection charges/ fees, c) parking facility. Cost of security deposits and other incidental charges/ Expenses relating to gas, water, swearage and electric connection etc. may be also included to the price of apartments.
• In event of unavoidable circumstances, accident etc. the developer reserve the right to make limited changes in the specification design and/ or layout of the apartment and other facilities.
• The possession of each apartment shall be handed over to the allottee / purchaser on completion of apartment and after full payment of installment, The Registration of the Flat will be done after full payment
• The buyer will pay stamp duties, registration fees, taxes, legal and Govt. charges, VAT and other miscellaneous expenses likely to be incurred in connection with the registration of Deed.
• The completion of the project may be affected by unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the company like natural calamities, political disturbance and change in Govt. policy etc. in this case allottee / purchaser shall not demand any compensation.
• The buyer will form a Co-operative society for the security and maintenance of the building for which a sum decided afterwards will be paid to the company. The company / developer will transfer the amount to the buyer’s Co-operative society. The Co-operative society will be formed before the deed is executed.
• The buyer and the developer will have to sign a formal legal agreement stipulating the terms & conditions in detail many of which have not been covered here.
